About the Author

Lynndel Schuurman presently lives in British Columbia Canada.

Her poetry book reflects her personal journey of healing and self reclamation from sexual abuse.
Once unable to express the words and pain verbally, poetry became the avenue of release that set her story free and released the debilitating pain and burden held within.

This is Lynndel’s powerful journey of self discovery that will share with you her darkest thoughts and painful emotions, and the rising up out of it and back into life. It will encourage you, instill hope, and help you as you reclaim yourself.

She currently has her own practice, The Stillness Within, assisting others with their healing journey using a variety of energy modalities.
